The merchant has final authority regarding the acceptance, eligibility, , fulfillment, refund, cancellation, and application of an offer.

4. No Sale of Merchant Products by ShopWithDiscount

Purchases are made directly from the applicable merchant or third party.

The merchant — not ShopWithDiscount — is responsible for:

• Product availability
• Order fulfillment
• Delivery
• Returns
• Refunds
• Warranties
• Customer service
• Product safety
• Taxes associated with the purchase

Any dispute concerning a purchase should generally be addressed directly with the applicable merchant.

5. Affiliate Relationships

Some links or offers available through ShopWithDiscount may be affiliate links.

ShopWithDiscount may receive a commission or other compensation when a user visits a merchant or completes a qualifying transaction through one of these links.

This compensation does not normally increase the price paid by the user.

6. Merchant and Brand Relationships

Accordingly, responses presented by an AI assistant may contain content generated by that third party that is outside ShopWithDiscount's control.

The terms and privacy policies of the applicable third-party platform also apply to your use of that platform.
